Refund policy
As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition as per the original order. However, in exceptional cases where the wrong product has been delivered (i.e., the item does not match the order confirmation) or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace the item within three months of purchase. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit, valid for three months.
Custom-made or commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items are also non-returnable. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@aekanek.com within 24 hours of receiving it, providing your order number and photos.
Our team will arrange for a pick-up, and upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you store credit. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original packaging.
