Shipping, Returns, and Payments

Shipping

At AEK ANEK our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

  • All orders are processed within 5-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our shipping partner will provide you with tracking information via email. You can track your package directly on the courier company’s website using the details provided.

Non-Delivery Issues

If the product is not received at your address, our delivery partners will return it to us. To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the postal/ZIP code and a contact number. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect details (such as name, address, or contact number), any additional delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

International orders

We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Sale

Items purchased before the sale period are not eligible for exchange or return during the sale. There are no exchanges, refunds, or returns for items bought during the sale. No other discounts or gift vouchers can be applied during this period.

Sale offers are subject to stock availability. AEK ANEK reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be processed.

Returns

As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered in perfect condition as per the original order. However, in exceptional cases where the wrong product has been delivered (i.e., the item does not match the order confirmation) or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace the item within three months of purchase. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit, valid for three months.

Custom-made or commissioned items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items are also non-returnable. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@aekanek.com within 24 hours of receiving it, providing your order number and photos. Our team will arrange for a pick-up, and upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you store credit. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original packaging.

Payment Methods

At Aek Anek, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. However, please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. Rest assured, our payment gateways are secure and reliable, safeguarding your transaction details at every step.

Additional Notes

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically.
